The seven days from September 13 to 19 are not ordinary days. A window opened on Saturday, September 12, and it closes Sunday, September 20, at sundown. Whatever is in you when it closes is what the year gets written from.
So let me tell you what is actually coming this week, so it does not catch you sideways.
Old things are going to come up
Something you thought you had finished will surface again. A thought. A craving. An ache you have not felt in months. A sentence someone said to you years ago that you were sure you were over.
You may feel more emotional than the week seems to warrant. You may feel a sudden drop into lack, around money, or love, or time. It can arrive on an ordinary Tuesday for no reason you can point to.
Nothing is going wrong. A window like this pulls the unfinished things up to the surface, because this is when they get one more chance to be finished. That is the whole design of it.
Do not react
Do not fix it. Do not explain it to yourself. Do not call someone, do not eat it, do not scroll it, do not work through it.
Feel it, and let it be exactly as uncomfortable as it is. You are stronger than the part of you that wants it gone in the next ten minutes.
It came up because it is leaving. Let it finish.
Sit with the year that just ended
Not analyzing. Witnessing. What happened. What did not. What you were promised and did not get. What you got and never asked for.
Then say it out loud: I saw it. All of it counts.
Then, three honest lines
- What am I done pretending is fine.
- What am I ready to say yes to.
- What am I willing to receive that I have been refusing.
On paper, where your hand has to slow down. Leave them where you will see them all week.
This is not a resolution week
Lists, goals, plans: that is the linear brain. Planning is deciding what should happen. Aligning is becoming the frequency at which what needs to happen can find you.
Plan without aligning, and you spend the year fighting your own goals.
The book closes Sunday
September 20, at sundown. Whatever is in you when it closes is what the year is written from. Not what you meant. What you actually carried.
Which is why this week is the work, and Sunday is only the seal on it.
The method is built on the lunar calendar and on years of studying Sefer Yetzirah. I do not teach the tradition. I use its calendar as an instrument, and I translate it into the language a modern woman actually lives in.
