These terms apply when you use 5dmethod.com or join a 5D Method program. They are written to be read, not to hide things. Questions go to Leah@allynity.com.
What 5D Method is, and is not
5D Method offers educational and coaching programs for personal growth: the Power Pattern quiz, the Soft Power program and community, live cohorts, retreats, and private coaching.
This work is not therapy, psychotherapy, medical care, or financial advice, and it does not replace them. The quiz and its readings are for reflection and education. If you are dealing with a medical or mental-health condition, please work with a licensed professional alongside anything you do here.
Who can join
Our programs are for adults, 18 and over. By using this site you confirm you are at least 18.
Payments and refunds
- Soft Power Community — $33 per month, billed through Skool. The first 7 days are free, and you can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Soft Power program — covered by a 30-day full refund guarantee: go through the program, and if you don't feel a shift, write to us within 30 days of purchase for a complete refund. No questions asked.
- Live cohorts, retreats, and 1:1 coaching — dates, prices, and any specific terms are stated on their pages or agreed with you directly before payment.
Your content and conduct
In the community and on live calls, treat other women's stories as confidential. What is shared in the room stays in the room. We may remove anyone whose behavior harms the space, with a refund for unused paid time.
Our content
Everything on this site and inside the programs — texts, readings, recordings, practices, and materials — belongs to 5D Method. It is for your personal use. Please don't republish, resell, or redistribute it.
Honest limits
Personal transformation depends on you. We stand behind the method, and the refund guarantee above is real, but we cannot promise specific life outcomes. To the fullest extent the law allows, 5D Method's liability connected with the site or programs is limited to the amount you paid us.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will appear on this page with a new effective date.
