Privacy Policy

This site belongs to 5D Method, created by Leah Rivodeaux. Your information matters to us, and this page explains plainly what we collect, why, and what your choices are. If anything here is unclear, write to Leah@allynity.com and you will get a personal answer.
What we collect
The Power Pattern quiz. When you take the quiz we collect your first name, your email address, your birth date, and your answers, including the pattern the quiz identifies for you. The birth date is used only to add the deeper layer to your reading.
Forms. When you join the cohort waitlist, subscribe to the Weekly Forecast, apply for 1:1 coaching, or contact us, we collect the details you enter: your name, your email address, and any message you write.
Usage data. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand how the site is used and how our content performs. These tools use cookies and collect technical data such as pages visited, device type, and approximate location. They do not see your quiz answers.
How we use it
- To show you your quiz result and send you the written version of your reading
- To send you what you asked for: the Weekly Forecast, waitlist updates, or a reply to your application or message
- To tell you about 5D Method programs and events, from which you can unsubscribe at any time
- To understand and improve the site and our content
What we never do
We never sell your information. We never share your quiz answers, your birth date, or your messages with anyone for their marketing. Your reading is yours.
Who processes your data for us
We rely on a small number of services to run this site, and your data is handled by them only to the extent needed to do their job:
- Google — form submissions are stored in Google Sheets, emails are sent through Google, and Google Analytics measures site usage
- Meta — the Meta Pixel measures how our ads and content perform
- Skool — hosts the Soft Power Community; if you join, your membership and payment are handled by Skool under its own privacy policy
- Netlify — hosts this website
Payments for our programs are processed by these platforms. We do not see or store your card details.
Cookies
The analytics tools above set cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site keeps working without them.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it completely. One email to Leah@allynity.com is enough. Every email we send you includes a way to stop receiving them.
Depending on where you live, local law (such as the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California) may give you additional rights. We honor these requests regardless of where you are writing from.
Where your data lives
We operate from the United States, and the services we use process data there. If you are visiting from another country, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States.
Children
This site and our programs are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new effective date. Meaningful changes will be announced to subscribers by email.
