Privacy Policy

This site belongs to 5D Method, created by Leah Rivodeaux. Your information matters to us, and this page explains plainly what we collect, why, and what your choices are. If anything here is unclear, write to Leah@allynity.com and you will get a personal answer.

What we collect

The Power Pattern quiz. When you take the quiz we collect your first name, your email address, your birth date, and your answers, including the pattern the quiz identifies for you. The birth date is used only to add the deeper layer to your reading.

Forms. When you join the cohort waitlist, subscribe to the Weekly Forecast, apply for 1:1 coaching, or contact us, we collect the details you enter: your name, your email address, and any message you write.

Usage data. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand how the site is used and how our content performs. These tools use cookies and collect technical data such as pages visited, device type, and approximate location. They do not see your quiz answers.

Text messages (SMS)

Opt-in. When you register for one of our live events, you may add your mobile number in an optional field marked for text reminders. If you do, we send you SMS reminders about that event: typically 2 to 6 messages around the event dates. If you leave the field empty, you receive no texts.

No sharing. Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile numbers collected for SMS reminders are never sold, shared, or transferred.

Rates and opt-out. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by event. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also write to Leah@allynity.com and we will remove your number.

The My 5D Path app

My 5D Path is our iOS app. Everything below is about the app specifically, and is in addition to the rest of this policy.

Signing in. You sign in with your email address. There is no password: we email you a link, and opening it signs you in.

What you write under each day. The app gives you a space to write under the day’s line. What you write is stored on your account and shown only to you. No one else using the app can see it, and Leah does not read it.

Your birth details. If your plan includes a 5D Profile, the app asks for the date you were born and the place. They are used for one thing, which is composing your profile. You are not asked for them otherwise, and you can change them in the app at any time.

Your picture. If you add a picture of yourself, it is shown beside your name in The Room, to the other women in the room. Adding one is optional and the app asks your permission before opening your photo library.

The Room. Messages, voice notes, pictures and reactions you send in The Room are visible to the other members of the room, together with your name and your picture. Your microphone is used only while you are recording a voice note, with your permission. You can delete anything you sent: the message is replaced with a note saying it was taken back, and the content is gone.

Notifications. If you allow notifications, the app schedules them on your own device. No device token or notification is sent through our servers or anyone else’s.

What the app does not do. The app carries no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind. It does not read your contacts, your location, or anything in your photo library beyond the picture you choose. Nothing from the app is used to build an advertising profile of you.

Deleting your account. Open the app, go to your profile, and choose to delete your account. Your account, your sign-in, your notes, your birth details and your picture are removed, and this cannot be undone. What you sent in The Room stays in the conversation, so that it still makes sense to the women who were there, but your name is removed from it and you can no longer be identified by it. If you would rather everything go, write to Leah@allynity.com and we will remove it by hand.

How we use it

• To show you your quiz result and send you the written version of your reading
• To send you what you asked for: the Weekly Forecast, waitlist updates, event text reminders if you gave us your number, or a reply to your application or message
• To tell you about 5D Method programs and events, from which you can unsubscribe at any time
• To understand and improve the site and our content

What we never do

We never sell your information. We never share your quiz answers, your birth date, what you write in the app, or your messages with anyone for their marketing. Your reading is yours, and so is your writing.

Who processes your data for us

We rely on a small number of services to run this site, and your data is handled by them only to the extent needed to do their job:

• Google: form submissions are stored in Google Sheets, emails are sent through Google, and Google Analytics measures site usage
• Meta: the Meta Pixel measures how our ads and content perform
• Supabase: holds the accounts, the writing and the messages behind the member hub and the My 5D Path app
• Stripe: handles membership payments. We see that a payment happened and which plan it was for, never your card details
• Apple: distributes the app and, during testing, TestFlight tells us that a build was installed and shows us any feedback you choose to send
• Netlify: hosts this website and the member hub

Payments for our programs are processed by these platforms. We do not see or store your card details.

Cookies

The analytics tools above set cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site keeps working without them.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it completely. One email to Leah@allynity.com is enough. Every email we send you includes a way to stop receiving them.

Depending on where you live, local law (such as the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California) may give you additional rights. We honor these requests regardless of where you are writing from.

Where your data lives

We operate from the United States, and the services we use process data there. If you are visiting from another country, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States.

Children

This site and our programs are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new effective date. Meaningful changes will be announced to subscribers by email.
